Up to two years
The support journey
Full recovery is a long path. We help you see which chapter you are in, and which strands need attention now. We sit alongside your surgeon, physio, and other specialists. We do not treat, diagnose, or clear you for sport.
Time chapters
- Injury First days after it happens. Who to see. What not to guess.
- Correcting procedure Preparing for surgery or the corrective step, and the weeks after.
- Physio / rehab How to work with your rehab team. Signs you are drifting.
- Training and nutrition plans When loading returns. Plans that match this chapter.
- Full recovery Playing again. Not just time passed.
Strands beside rehab
Nutrition and mental approach run through the middle years. Training and nutrition plans come together as you load again. Nutrition and mindset here are guidance. We point you to a registered dietitian or qualified mental support when you need that specialist.
ACL as the worked example
ACL and other lower-limb injuries often take many months. Some people need close to two years to get back to pivoting sport. We stay with the map so you are not guessing from week to week.
